My friend and I really loved our stay. Our room was clean and regularly tidied up. We also loved the charming neighborhood which was accessible both to buses and the MRT station. Although the latter is around a 10-minute walk— that's near to us already and we don't mind since it's such a walkable neighborhood. What made our stay even better though was the customer service. Thank you so much, Joseph and Davin, for being so accommodating. We appreciated all your help and assistance. 💞 We're definitely coming back and we're missing SG already. :)

垃圾酒店！！！避坑！！！避坑！！！ 7月定了三個訂單，四間酒店，很早發確認房間郵件給酒店，有窗，希望住在一起，石沉大海。晚上8點半下飛機到酒店，居然四間房裡給我了一間房沒有窗戶，四面都是玻璃，想矇混過關，我和小夥伴發現了不一樣房間佈置和麵積，果斷去前台拉扯，***的兩個中年油膩男服務員，謊話連篇！！讓我自己去和訂房網站客服協調，或者第二天換房，今晚將就，那個無窗的房間轉身都困難，更不要説四面都是玻璃！！！一進去就壓抑的喘不過氣！！！無語到極致！！前台一個男的又扯別的，説我們入住時間太晚，酒店都住滿了，最多能明天下午給我一間有窗的房間。説了半天，是我承擔所有！！！？？？我提前預訂四間有窗，代理商那邊不知道是**，還是酒店出了問題，一幅就是我沒有辦法，你自己衹有將就，吵架了半天，最後讓訂房網站客服介入，酒店又説可以打掃一間三人間給我，但是預計要2小時以後？？？ ***我帶娃，再等你打掃衞生到10點都不能休息！！！那就退差價？今晚我將就了，酒店方説不退，説給了有窗三人間作為備選我不要，責任不在他，***到極致！！！真的！！！訂房網站介入很快，但是也必須第二天換房，一大早收拾行李放在朋友房間才出門。後來第二天換了有窗房間，依然巨小，轉身都困難！！主要是洗手間馬桶，正常成人都蹲不下去，真的後悔沒有多200去住其他快捷酒店！！！垃圾酒店！！！！朋友房間裡床上還有沒有打掃乾淨的頭髮！！！噁心的酒店！！

Very easy and smooth experience. The staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable for the price. If I ever get to visit again, it would definitely be in my consideration for a short stay.

Location: right in the center of the colourful & vibrant scene of Joo Chiat Road in Katong District - a residential conservation area with a wonderful fusion of modern day houses & UNESCO heritage charming nyonya architecture. Room: it’s clean and orderly as advertised. It does serve you the essential needs of brushing your teeth, shower & toilet. Bed was decently comfy but just that the bed was a bit shorter than my height despite claiming as queen sized. No roaches, good water pressure for shower, clean drinking water from tap. Lobby: there are 2 macintosh computers for browsing. There are 2 books in the trendy looking quiet lobby (1 was a good read for me). Staff are attentive and helpful. The jewel is the hotel’s JooChiat st location. I’d stay here again if visiting Singapore. I loved the coffee and bread at Olsen bakery next door too the barista was uniquely polite and friendly, all stars.

Menginap dari tgl 7-11 okt .Kamarnya bersih,nyaman dan lokasi deket kmana-mana.kamar tiap hari di bersihkan sprei selimut dan handuk tiap hari di ganti, perlengkapan mandi juga tiap hari di kasih tapi tidak ada hair dryer jadi selama menginap tidak mencuci rambut 🤣

เป็นที่พักที่ประทับใจสะดวกและสะอาดพนักงานน่ารักมากค่ะเป็นกันเองยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสที่พักสะดวกสบายมากๆค่ะมีซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอยู่ใกล้ใกล้ร้านค้าและร้านอาหารใกล้กับรถไฟฟ้าและรถประจำทางถ้าไปเที่ยวอีกจะต้องไปพักที่นี่ซ้ำอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

安いので仕方がないけど部屋が狹すぎるうえに、トイレにシャワーがあった。トイレをびちゃびちゃにしながらシャワーを浴る必要があった。あと冷房が効きすぎて寒い。でも近くに有名なカヤトーストのお店やスーパーがあるので便利ではある。駅は遠いがバス停は近い。安さ重視ならおすすめ。

the receptionist with longish semi gold hair (on duty 11 oct evening) was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. the establishment should consider looking into the attitude of its employees. will not bother returning to venue hotel due tommy unpleasant experience here.
